Just before we moved to the Chateau in March of 2020 the world was gripped by the Corona Virus. With the chateau move impending I was determined to keep my immune system strong and this green pasta was on high rotation in the little kitchen of our Paris apartment.

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • zest 2 lemons
  • a squeeze of lemon juice
  • small bunch parsley finely chopped
  • 200g broccoli, broken into florets
  • 400g penne pasta
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 courgettes grated into ribbons
